Love the food. The hamburger meat is the best on the market. It tastes fresh every time. It may take a few seconds more than the competitors but I would rather wait 20 more seconds and have my food fresh and my order correct than to have to go back and have it either made over or given a refund. I especially like the managers their. Ken is a great guy and I like his name. Jamie the assistant is always polite courteous and super friendly. If more restaurants had managers like these two everyone would have a great experience, prompt and accurate orders every time. Never left this Hardees without a smile on my face. My kind of fast food.

This is my Favorite Store in the Trip Cities By Far! Best Staff And Service Ever. Breakfast Is Out Of This World. The Lunch Line Is Long. Moves nice and steady. Well Worth The Wait. And Dinner With The Wife And Children Is Always A Pleasant And Peaceful Experience. Just Like You're One Of The Family

I had to be at work very early this morning. My card hasn't been working exactly right for the past couple of days. It wouldn't accept it so the cashier paid for my meal without me asking. Excellent customer service and she was very polite.

The food is good quality and it's handed to you fast when you order at the drive thru.

They have courteous employee's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and do there part. Never a long wait when ordering and they are all so polite. Thats a plus..

Roast beef sandwich was good but not as good as it should have been. Cold untoasted bun , meat temperature Luke warm at best. I hope hardies can correct the problems the sandwich has potential.
